BremnerDuke Ownership Models

BremnerDuke brings no pre-disposition for one financing/ownership model. The goal in selecting an ownership model is to minimize risk for the hospital and/or physician group. In some cases, BremnerDuke will own the facilities. Currently we have over $1 billion of available capital to create these third party ownership projects. Some development projects are owned in partnership between BremnerDuke and the physician groups, while other facilities are developed by BremnerDuke and owned by the hospital. There are many options to explore, and BremnerDuke is flexible in creating an ownership model that is in the best interest of the client.
