Duke Realty Ownership Models
Duke Realty brings no pre-disposition for one financing/ownership model. The goal in selecting an ownership model is to minimize risk for the hospital and/or physician group. In some cases, Duke Realty will own the facilities. Currently we have over $1 billion of available capital to create these third party ownership projects. Some development projects are owned in partnership between Duke Realty and the physician groups, while other facilities are developed by Duke Realty and owned by the hospital. There are many options to explore, and Duke Realty is flexible in creating an ownership model that is in the best interest of the client.
