Dennis Lynch joins the Bremner & Wiley development team

In January of 2005, Dennis Lynch joined Bremner & Wiley as Senior Vice President - Project Analysis. Dennis comes to Bremner & Wiley from Marshall Erdman & Associates. Dennis has more than 27 years experience providing financial analysis and project development services for healthcare projects throughout the United States. Dennis has worked on more than 500 projects, totaling over 15 million square feet and over $1.5 billion. He will focus on the beginning stage of development projects, conducting comprehensive project analysis with the hospital staff, clinicians, and physicians, while interfacing with the Bremner & Wiley development staff, the contractors, and the architects.
