Bremner Healthcare Opens Dallas, Texas Office

To further nationwide growth in the healthcare real estate industry, Bremner Healthcare Real Estate – along with joint venture partner, Duke Realty – has opened a Dallas office. In conjunction with the opening, John Huff has joined Bremner Healthcare as Executive Development Director for the Southwest.
With $1 billion of available capital through their joint venture with Duke Realty, Bremner Healthcare has garnered success in building healthcare for several hospital systems throughout the country this year. With the opening of the Dallas office, the firm expects to accelerate growth in the Southwest.

Huff comes to Bremner Healthcare from Magellan Commercial Realty in Dallas where he served as Vice President, focusing on healthcare and land acquisition/disposition, along with tenant and landlord representation. A graduate of the University of Texas, Huff is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Council.
