Duke Realty’s Healthcare Division Continues Expansion
Lori Lingenfelter, a veteran commercial real estate developer has joined Duke Realty Corporation’s Tampa Office to further grow and seek business development opportunities for its healthcare division, BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate. Lingenfelter recently transferred from BremnerDuke’s Indianapolis headquarters to serve as Vice President of Leasing in the Tampa office.
“Lori’s strong background in various aspects of healthcare development will be a tremendous asset as we strengthen our presence in Florida and the surrounding region,” said Jason Hinkel, BremnerDuke’s Senior Vice President in the Atlanta-based Southeast region.
Lingenfelter will initially focus on fostering relationships with local healthcare providers, area real estate brokers and community leaders throughout Tampa, Orlando and Central Florida.
Lingenfelter has 10 years of experience in various executive-level administrative roles within healthcare systems. She was most recently Vice President of Development Services after joining BremnerDuke as Vice President of Planning.
She holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah.
