A groundbreaking for the building will be held on January 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. just west of the existing Medical Pavilion I, located at 4708 Alliance Boulevard, Plano, Texas. Representatives from BremnerDuke, Baylor, and local officials will be attending the event. News media also are invited to attend.

As part of this development, BremnerDuke will oversee the design and construction of the facility, which includes a skywalk to Baylor’s existing Medical Pavilion I. In addition, an 850+ space parking facility and skywalk will be built. The new medical office building will consist of seven stories, with 20,100-square foot floor plates. Additional details will be provided during the groundbreaking ceremony.
