Released: 2/13/2009

BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate (BremnerDuke), the healthcare real estate division of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke), announces that St. Vincent Medical Center Northeast, the medical office building that it developed for St. Vincent Health at I-69 and Exit 10, is more than 78.5 percent occupied.

Indiana Hand Center, a medical practice specializing in the treatment and rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, has executed a lease for space in the St. Vincent Medical Center Northeast. Indiana Hand Center will occupy 2,862 square feet and will begin seeing patients in their new office in May 2009. This will be the Indiana Hand Centers seventh office location in the state of Indiana.

The 120,000-square foot facility, which opened last fall, provides a variety of medical services to Hamilton County and surrounding area residents. In addition to having the states first free-standing Emergency Department, the facility also includes a diagnostics and imaging center and an attached ambulatory surgery center, as well as additional medical office space for lease by private physicians.

We are pleased to expand our presence in an accessible state-of-the-art facility that serves the growing healthcare needs of Fishers, Pendleton, Noblesville and other surrounding communities residents, said James J. Creighton Jr., MD, Managing Partner. Since our beginning in 1971, we have grown by providing quality medical care specialization in problems and injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand to more than 14,000 patients each year.

We are pleased to have the Indiana Hand Center join St. Vincent Health at our Exit 10 healthcare facility. The services they provide are well-suited for the continued progress of healthcare services in this growing market in Hamilton County, said Bruce Gordon, Vice President of Leasing at BremnerDuke.

Indiana Hand Center was represented by Andrew Follman, Director, and Pete Alveal, Vice President, of the office advisory team at Meridian Real Estate. BremnerDuke was represented by Bruce Gordon.

Approximately 25,000 square feet of space remains available for lease in St. Vincent Medical Center Northeast. For information about leasing opportunities, contact Bruce Gordon, BremnerDuke, at 317-808-6974.
